We charge a straightforward administration fee of £395 if you ask us to process a mortgage application for you. We will only charge a higher amount if your requirements are very complex or if we do not receive a procuration fee from the lender.

We would usually meet to discuss your requirements, and are happy to visit you in your home or office if you would prefer. Your advisor will be available to you throughout the whole process of the application and will represent you to the lenders.
